Hi! I'm actively seeking to acquire a thriving manufacturer, B2B Service or distributor business operating within a 45-minute drive of Pickerington, OH. I'm specifically interested in businesses that are already generating $300,000 and up in Seller Discretionary Earnings/Cash Flow through mostly business-to-business transactions.

If you are a business owner with a robust customer foundation but recognize the potential for additional growth through increased sales and organizational optimization, I’m eager to connect! As a seasoned professional with a proven track record in manufacturing and sales, I bring valuable expertise to ensure a smooth transition and continued success.

ABOUT CHRISTIAN:

Professional Career :

Over the past decade, I've dedicated myself to our family's Chemical Manufacturing Plant, gaining invaluable experience across various facets of the business. Starting from the production plant, I seamlessly transitioned through roles, from Warehouse Manager to an active participant in the retail stores during college. After graduation, I took on a pivotal role in the sales department, managing stores and handling an Industrial B2B Sales Territory. Amidst the challenges of COVID-19, I played a key role in hiring and assumed responsibility for the HR department while continuing to manage my sales territory.

Key Achievements:

  • Led the complete reorganization and optimization of a 20,000 sq foot warehouse

  • Double local sales territory in two years

  • Built, maintained, and ran the K-Coatings Division of Harrison Paint

Education :

I pursued Business Administration with a minor in Supply Chain Management at The University of Akron. Additionally, I am certified as a Supply Chain Professional from Columbus State and earned Google’s Project Management certificate. My commitment to ongoing education is evidenced by my participation in Case Western Reserve's Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition course. This continued to refine the tools necessary for successful business acquisition. Additionally, my involvement in the 2024 Promise Partners Cohort signifies my dedication to building a robust support network and mentorship relationships. I’m currently reading Traction by Gino Wickman and Good Leaders ask Great Questions by John Maxwell.

Personal Life :

I was fortunate to be raised in a family of small business owners - my grandfather, all three of my uncles, my aunt, and my father have all owned businesses in all types of industries from rental agencies to hair salons to manufacturers and everything in between.

In 2022, I married my partner in crime (see the picture) and we are blessed with four wonderful kids. Cecilia is a Paraprofessional with the Reynoldsburg City School District and specializes in working with special needs children. When we aren’t working or doing house improvements we enjoy spending time with our family, traveling, and cooking.

I am a huge vintage car enthusiast and participate in a yearly time/speed/endurance car rally called the Great Race which spans 2200-2500 miles each year. A few other of my hobbies are refinishing furniture, learning and implementing home automation/security technology into my house, and consuming business/leadership content.

PHILOSOPHY

The American spirit was built on hard-working small businesses and would love to be one of many to continue that legacy.
